Trampoline Safety

Rules

  • Safety is our number one priority. Always jump within your ability and practise safe jumping techniques.
  • Trampolining can be an inherently dangerous activity and you Jump at your own risk.
  • Every person that enters Elevate Action Centre must sign a waiver or have a valid waiver on file. Those under 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. No signed waiver = no entry.
  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted at Elevate Action Centre.
  • Spitting and profanity are prohibited.
  • Only Elevate Grip Jump Socks are permitted on our trampolines - no shoes or bare feet.
  • Jumpers must adhere to these rules and any additional rules which are posted at Elevate Action Centre.
  • Jumpers must adhere to the directions of Elevate staff at all times.
  • Do not jump if you are pregnant or have any other health limitations.
  • You may not lie or sit on our trampolines. Exit our trampoline area if you need to rest.
  • Pushing, wrestling, tackling, running, racing, playing tag, and horseplay of any kind is strictly forbidden.
  • You may not touch, climb, lean, or hang on to any of the top pads or netting inside our trampoline area.
  • Always jump and land on two feet and never jump or land on the padding. Never land on your head.
  • You may not hang on our basketball hoops.
  • Maximum of 70 Jumpers per session
  • Maximum of 90Kg Per Person
  • Minimum Age of 4 Years
  • Mandatory Elevate Grip Jump Socks

  • Please be safe AND have Fun.
  • Always drive within your ability and practise safe driving techniques.
  • People with he following conditions should NOT Participate in Kart Racing:
    • Hear Conditions
    • Neck and Back Problems
    • Epilepsy and Seizures
    • Pregnancy
    • Intoxication or Strong Prescription Drugs
  • This is not Bumper Cars:
    • 1st Bump: Warning (Yellow Flag)
    • 2nd Bump: Race Over (Black Flag)
  • Always Wear a Helmet.
  • Never Stop your Kart on the Track during a race.
  • Never get out of your Kart on the Track.
  • No Loose Hair and/or Scarves.
  • The Track Marshall is the Law.
  • Wear Closed Shoes.
  • Watch our safety video shown at the start of every race.
