Party arrangements are only available for 6 or more jumping guests.

The package consists of 2 hours access to the park and access to the dedicated party table/s and our main trampoline area (90 min jump session and 30 min party at the table).

Birthday party packages include free facility access for 4 parents and or children under 4 per 6 Elevate Party Guests.

Additional Parents or children under 4 will be charged a facility fee of R25 each

Full party package overview

The Party area will be setup with packs, balloons, reserved board and ice tea. One large Slush Puppy per guest - served in a plastic yard glass and not a paper cup. (Guests take the yard glass home as a party favor) Slush puppies can be collected from the kiosk when desired. One pair of Elevate Jump socks and one party pack per guest. 1 x 2l Ice Tea for every 5 guests attending theparty, i.e. 20 guests will be served with 8l of ice tea. Digital party invitation included in the package (Will be emailed to you). Please see the section on the party invitations for more information and template examples.

VIP Party Rooms

VIP Party Rooms

A VIP Party room is now available for bookings. This exclusive party room is upstairs, overlooking the trampolines and can be booked for your functions. The rate is R315 for the initial 2 hour session (as per our standard party package 90 min Jumping and 30 Min Party).

We have two exclusive VIP Party Rooms available upstairs at Elevate overlooking the Main Trampoline Area which can be booked when for your party. Our Large VIP Room is “Open Plan” and can accommodate approximately 25 Children while the smaller room can accommodate approximately 12 children. Our rates for these rooms are:

  • Large VIP Room – R315 for the initial 2 hour session and an additional R160 per hour thereafter.
  • Small VIP Room – R160 for the initial 2 hour session and an additional R80 per hour thereafter

The tables will be decorated as per our standard party packages. Note that it may not be possible to extend your time in our VIP Rooms due to other bookings. Additional décor / balloons can also be arranged. Please discuss your requirements and ask for a quote when making your booking.

We also have a smaller Party Room available (Table seats 12 Children) for R160 for 2 hours and an additional fee of R80 for longer use. Regretfully, it might not be possible to extend your time in the Party room on the day of the party, due to other bookings. This room can also be set up as per our standard party package – additional décor / balloons can be arranged, please discuss your requirements and ask for a quote when making your booking.

DIY Party Package Information

We reserve a party table for you and provide the jumps. You are responsible for everything else - including the Elevate Elevate Grip Jump Socks, party packs, birthday cake and decorations. All drinks (including bottled water) must be bought from our kiosk.

What do the party packs look like? (Full package only)

Our party packs are packed in Elevate party boxes and are unisex. The party boxes will be placed on the table in a variety of colours.

What about a cake and cupcakes?

Our packages do not include a birthday cake or cupcakes. You are welcome to bring along a cake or cupcake of your choosing and one of our “Elevators” will light the candles when the time is right. With the exception of the birthday cake, cupcakes and savoury platters, no outside food is allowed in the park.

How do I book my party

To book a party please email us on bookings@elevatepark.co.za or call us on 0440040017. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required upon booking in order to confirm your party in our booking system, which can only be paid via EFT or direct bank deposit. The number of Jumping guests, and non-jumping Adults and Guests under 4 needs to be confirmed 7 days before the party and your account will have to be settled in full at least 5 days before the party. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

We have three party invitation templates, based on a jumping party theme. The invitations will be emailed to you.

What is the cancellation policy for party booking?

We know that things can go wrong and that plans can change. We allow parties to be changed up to 7 days before the party date, free of charge. If you cancel within 7 days of your booked date, your refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of R1000.00.

What if I book within 7 days and want to cancel or change my booking?

If you book within the 7 day period before the party, your booking cannot be cancelled, or downgraded without incurring the cancellation fee. In addition, all parties booked within 7 days need to be paid in full to confirm the booking.

When must the party numbers be confirmed by?

Party numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the day of the party. No discount will be given if you arrive on the day of your booking with less jumpers than the confirmed amount. If you wish to increase numbers please let us know as soon as possible. We will always be accommodating, but also keep in mind that due to safety regulations and park capacity we will be somewhat restricted in just how accommodating we can be. The balance of the booking is also payable on the confirmation date. We will not keep your reservation if the balance is paid late.

Is there a minumum number of jumpers required for parties?

The minimum number for all of our parties is 6 jumpers.

Do parents need to stay at the party?

The birthday parents are required to stay at the party. In addition, we require one adult for every 5 children at the party. This means that we will need a minimum of 4 adults present for every 20 children. The children attending the party stay the responsibility of the hosting parent(s). You are responsible for the children from the time that they arrive until that they either leave with you or have been collected by their own parents. One parent should be present in the party zone the whole time. We ask that you register and sign the waiver on our website before the date of the party and advise your party guests’ parents to do the same. If they do not register, the guests will enter the park on the waiver as signed by the hosting parents.

Waivers

Every person that enters Elevate Action Centre is required to complete a waiver form.

Can younger siblings participate on the trampolines?

For safety reasons, we have a minimum age limit of 4 years for the use of our main trampoline area. If the birthday girl or boy has younger siblings under the age of 4, they will thus not be able to make use of the main trampoline area. We do have a play area for our younger guests including a mini-trampoline, climbing wall and Jungle Gym where these smaller guests can play. Please ensure that this policy is strictly adhered to. If you count a child under the age of 4 as a party guest, they will be charged as a normal party guest and will still receive their socks, but will be limited to the use of the play area. We do provide an additional smaller package option, just with slush and party packs (at an additional charge) for the smaller guests. Note that Birthday party packages include free facility access for 4 parents and or children under 4 per 6 Elevate Party Guests and that additional Parents or children will be charged a fee of R25 each.

Do you assist with the party?

One of our staff members will ensure that the party table is prepped when you arrive and that your party list is handed to the kiosk so that the guests can receive their slush puppies. It is however your responsibility to get the slush puppies from the kiosk when you see fit. The guests can also fetch the slush puppies from the kiosk as they see fit. Parents must be present in the party zone when refreshments are being served.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 5 days prior to your party booking date, but can be amended or refunded up to 7 days before the actual party.We only accept EFT bank payments or direct cash payments at the park. Please note that we do not accept direct deposits of cash into our account as we are responsible for the cash deposit fees. Customers depositing cash in this manner will have these fees charged to their account. No cheque payments will be accepted. Kindly note that your reservation will not be kept if the final payment is not received 7 days before your booking. You will also be liable for the cancellation fee if your booking is cancelled due to non-payment of the final amount due on your booking. Also note that the booking list, with the names of the guests are required when making the final payment.

We can only accommodate a limited amount of parties during School Holidays. Please book parties during School Holidays well in advance to avoid disappointment.

What happens on the day of the party and other practical arrangements?

In order to make sure that the hosting parents are aware off all the arrangements, as well as to cause minimum confusion on the day of the party, kindly note the following:

  • Kindly note that your party account must be settled in full at least 5 days before your party. If not settled in full the party will be cancelled without any further communication from Elevate Action Centre. Please refer to our payment section. Party payments are only accepted via EFT or direct bank deposit. No party payments will be accepted at the park.
  • The hosting parents are required to arrive at the park at least 20 minutes before the start of the party.
  • No guests will be allowed to enter the park if the hosting parents have not arrived, have signed the waiver or have not checked in yet.
  • Each guest will receive their session wristband as well as their socks on check-in. If a guests name is not on the booking list they will not be able to obtain access to the park for the birthday.
  • The jumping birthday voucher (for the birthday guest) will be available for collection on check-in.
  • The birthday guests will have access to the jumping zone for a full 90 minute session that co inside with the normal jumping session. The 30 minutes remaining will be used for the party formalities, such as blowing of the candles, eating cake and party packs, drinking slush puppies etc. JUST TO BE CLEAR – THE PARTY GUESTS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO JUMP FOR THE 1ST 90 MINUTES. FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PARTY THEY WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE PARTY TABLE.
  • THE GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN TO THE JUMP ZONE AFTER THE 90 MINUTES HAVE EXPIRED.
  • We ask that you limit the eating until after the jumping session so as to avoid any children getting sick on our trampolines and equipment.
  • The hosting parents can however decide when they want to collect the slush puppies from the kiosk and this is not limited to the last 30 minutes of the party.
  • The kiosk staff will have a list of children attending your party and their names will be marked off as they collect their slush puppies.
  • Please note that with the exception of the cake, cupcakes and the savoury / sweet platters no other outside food is allowed in the park. Savoury and sweet platters are limited strictly to platter items and food such as MacDonalds, KFC and Nando’s do not count as savoury items.
  • No outside drinks are allowed in the park except for cakes, cupcakes and platters. (only with a party booking) Our Recharge kiosk is able to provide all of your beverage requirements.
  • We will provide you with plates, cake forks and serviettes for the party guests while setting the table.
  • The hosting parents can open a Tab at the kiosk and settle the total outstanding amount on completion of the party.
  • At the end of your 2 hour session Elevate staff members will clean the party area.
  • Please note that we are not licensed to sell or allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed on our premises

Functions

Functions with an active twist. Do something different and bring your pre-wedding celebrations to the go-kart track, jump around with your mates and bridesmaids or just host a fun event for friends. Think out of the box and have some fun!

Team building

Effective team building means more engaged employees and team members, which is good for company culture and performance, but it has to be fun and exciting. Bring your team to jump, go-kart or do both to make your next excursion adventurous, enjoyable and to add some pizzazz.
