SAFETY

Safety is one of those things that many of us take for granted until it's too late. At Elevate and Race Base safety is of utmost importance to us. We think of our clients and staff as our most valuable assets and safety is a corner stone used to protect them.

Trampoline Safety and Rules

  • Safety is our number one priority. Always jump within your ability and practise safe jumping techniques.
  • Every person that enters the park must sign a waiver or have a valid waiver on their profile. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
    No waiver = no entry.
  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted on the trampolines.
  • Do not jump if you are pregnant or have other health limitations.
  • You may not lie or sit on the trampolines. Exit the trampolines if you need to rest.
  • Pushing, wrestling, tackling, running, racing, playing tag, and horseplay of any kind is strictly forbidden.
  • You may not touch, climb, lean, or hang on to any of the top pads or netting inside the trampoline areas.
  • Always jump and land on two feet and never jump or land on the padding. Never land on your head.
  • If you’re falling, try to bring your arms, legs, and head into a ball position.
  • Only one person is allowed per jumping surface.
  • Double bouncing is strictly prohibited.
  • No double flips or flips or tricks over the pads. Single flips are permitted but no more than 2 in a row.
  • You may bounce and flip off the sidewalls, but you must land on the first sidewall-adjoining trampoline. Remain in control of your body at all times.
  • Spitting and profanity are prohibited.
  • Jumpers must wear the valid-coloured wristband at all times during jumping.
  • No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines.
  • No glass, balls, phones, cameras, or other objects or equipment are permitted on the trampolines.
  • Only Elevate socks are permitted on the trampolines (no shoes or bare feet ).
  • Customers may not have anything in their mouths (gum, candy, etc.) while on the trampolines.
  • No food or drink is permitted on the trampolines.
  • Customers may not have anything in their pockets while on the trampolines.
  • Adhere to these rules and additional rules which are posted on site for featured areas of the park.
  • Adhere to the directions of court monitors and other park staff at all times.
  • Trampolining is an inherently dangerous activity. Jump at your own risk.

Go-Kart Safety and Rules

  • Safety is our number one priority. Always drive within your ability and practise safe driving techniques.
  • Every person that enters the park must sign a waiver or have a valid waiver on their profile. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. No waiver = no entry.
  • No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol is permitted in the go-karts or on the race track.
  • Do not jump if you are pregnant or have other health limitations.
  • Spitting and profanity are prohibited.
  • No glass, balls, phones, cameras, or other objects or equipment are permitted in the go-karts or on the race track.
  • This is not bumper cars! 1st Bump = Warning. 2nd Bump = Race Over
  • Always wear a helmet and a hair net.
  • No Loose Hair and Scarfs
  • Always wear closed shoes.
  • Never stop your kart on the track.
  • Never get our of you kart on the track.
  • The track marshall is the law!
  • People with the following medical conditions should not take part in kart racing: Hear conditions, neck and back problems, Epilepsy and seizures, pregnancy, intoxication or strong prescription drugs.
  • Left pedal is the brake. Right pedal is the Gas. (DO NOT PUSH BOTH PEDALS AT THE SAME TIME)
  • We don't have speed limits... However, please be safe and drive within your ability.
